研究方向
大氣污染(如灰霾、霧霾空氣)不僅會嚴(yán)重影響空氣質(zhì)量和人體健康,同時(shí)也會影響城市、國家形象以及和鄰國的關(guān)系;而污染治理又需要大量的資金與技術(shù)。如何通過最小的治理成本達(dá)到最大的治理效果,制定國內(nèi)與國際、企業(yè)和百姓都滿意的環(huán)境政策,是一個(gè)涉及從大氣科學(xué)到地球系統(tǒng)科學(xué)、從經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)到心理學(xué)等跨學(xué)科的復(fù)雜問題。本課題組的研究方向主要包括:大氣污染科學(xué)、地球系統(tǒng)科學(xué)和區(qū)域能源-經(jīng)濟(jì)-環(huán)境政策研究等。
大氣環(huán)境科學(xué):主要通過實(shí)驗(yàn)觀測和大氣化學(xué)傳輸模型等手段研究大氣光化學(xué)反應(yīng)機(jī)理、多相復(fù)雜體系化學(xué)反應(yīng)機(jī)理、二次氣溶膠(如SOA、硫酸鹽、硝酸鹽等)的多相生成機(jī)制、大氣氧化性、臭氧與氣溶膠相互作用,以及氣溶膠的化學(xué)與物理演變過程等。同時(shí)研發(fā)從街區(qū)到全球的多尺度污染物擴(kuò)散模擬,精細(xì)化人群暴露,為未來城市與區(qū)域大氣環(huán)境的規(guī)劃與發(fā)展、未來城市大氣通風(fēng)廊道布局、未來城市大氣環(huán)境容量提升提供政策支持。
地球系統(tǒng)科學(xué):主要通過衛(wèi)星遙感資料、全球地面觀測網(wǎng)和氣候模型等手段,分析研究大氣污染物與區(qū)域氣候及地表性質(zhì)之間的作用關(guān)系(即污染物對區(qū)域氣候的影響,以及未來城市化、氣候改變等對空氣質(zhì)量的影響),短壽命污染物(如臭氧,氣溶膠)、長壽命污染物(如二氧化碳)與生態(tài)系統(tǒng)碳循環(huán)三者之間的相互影響關(guān)系等。
國際國內(nèi)環(huán)境政策:利用各類經(jīng)濟(jì)模型(如投入產(chǎn)出模型、一般均衡模型等),結(jié)合污染傳輸與氣候變化模型,綜合研究跨區(qū)域、跨部門的能源、環(huán)境、氣候與經(jīng)濟(jì)政策,優(yōu)化區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)空間布局,分析不同政策工具(碳稅、環(huán)境稅等)的環(huán)境和氣候效用。
