論壇介紹

About the Forum

北大城環(huán)國際青年論壇由北京大學(xué)城市與環(huán)境學(xué)院設(shè)立，旨在為地理、資源與環(huán)境、生態(tài)等領(lǐng)域的青年學(xué)者提供一個(gè)多學(xué)科交叉的高水平交流平臺(tái)。論壇通過專題報(bào)告、學(xué)術(shù)研討和人才洽談等形式，增進(jìn)海內(nèi)外青年學(xué)者對(duì)北京大學(xué)相關(guān)學(xué)科的全面了解，匯聚一批學(xué)術(shù)成果突出、具有較好創(chuàng)新發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ膬?yōu)秀青年人才加盟學(xué)院，共促未來發(fā)展。論壇將與“第十屆北大地理?環(huán)境講壇”一起舉辦。

Established by the College of Urban and Environmental Sciences of Peking University (CUES, PKU), the PKU-CUES International Young Scholar Forum aims to provide a multidisciplinary, high-level exchange platform for young scholars in the fields of geography, resources and environment, and ecology. The Forum aims to enhance young scholars' comprehensive understanding of CUES through thematic reports, academic seminars, and talent talks. It seeks to attract outstanding young scholars who have made significant academic progress and demonstrate exceptional potential for innovation and development, contributing to the College’s growth. The Forum will be held in conjunction with the 10th Geography and Environment Forum of Peking University.

報(bào)名條件

Qualifications required

年齡40周歲以下，未來五年內(nèi)有意來我院工作的國內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者，主要研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)榈乩韺W(xué)、生態(tài)學(xué)、信息地理科學(xué)、環(huán)境科學(xué)或國土空間規(guī)劃。原則上應(yīng)在國外知名高校取得博士學(xué)位或具有博士后及海外工作經(jīng)歷，具有較為突出的創(chuàng)新能力和發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ芯砍晒哂懈偁幜Α?/p>

The excellent scholars, under the age of 40, who are interested in working with CUES in the next five years, should be specialized in geography, ecology, GIS,  environmental science or land spatial planning. In principle, the applicant should have a doctoral degree or post-doctoral and overseas work experience in a well-known foreign university. Young scholars should show exceptional innovation ability and development potential, and hold remarkable research results.

Remuneration

聘任專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)為助理教授及以上；國內(nèi)高校前列的薪酬待遇；科研啟動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)；博士后團(tuán)隊(duì)、博士生招生名額；全國頂尖學(xué)齡前及義務(wù)教育全階段基礎(chǔ)教育資源。

For young top-notch talents, the position will come with a professional title of Assistant Professor or higher, a competitive remuneration package comparable to the leading domestic colleges and universities, research start-up funding, access to a post-doctoral team and doctoral student recruitment quota, as well as access to China's top-tier pre-school and comprehensive compulsory education resources for their children.

報(bào)名方式

Registration

2024年11月28日之前：將個(gè)人簡歷（含聯(lián)系方式和報(bào)告題目）以郵件形式發(fā)送至相關(guān)wm@urban.pku.edu.cn，郵件主題注明“姓名+北大城環(huán)國際青年論壇”

Please get registered by November 28, 2024, and send the personal resume, contact information and report title to wm@urban.pku.edu.cn. Please title the email in the form of “ Scholar’s Name + PKU-CUES International Young Scholar Forum”.

2024年12月01日之前：學(xué)院組織專家對(duì)報(bào)名學(xué)者進(jìn)行初步遴選。

The College will organize experts to preliminary select applicants before December 01, 2024.

2024年12月01日：學(xué)院向受邀者發(fā)出參會(huì)邀請(qǐng)函。

The College will send the letter of invitation to the invitees before December 01, 2024.
