歡迎對生物多樣性、結(jié)合模型與微生物實驗、以及機器學(xué)習(xí)等方向感興趣的本科生、博士、博士后加入課題組。
研究方向為生物多樣性的維持機制,旨在通過揭示其作用原理,引導(dǎo)群落動態(tài)變化,甚至實現(xiàn)群落的重建,以最終達(dá)到保護生態(tài)多樣性的目的。現(xiàn)階段,我們致力于結(jié)合模型與微生物(綠藻)實驗,計劃搭建一個機器人平臺,以實現(xiàn)實驗設(shè)置、操作、和數(shù)據(jù)收集的全自動化。
